Burger press

Does anyone have any suggestions for an EASY and inexpensive burger press? Right now in using a plastic cup and piston type press that I made a platform with a press lever (aluminum bar,) it works but it's cumbersome and hard on my back. We do maia couple hundred burgers a year so I I'm not looking for a massive auto machine.

We've had this one for years and love it. It's simple and it's adjustable for size.

I use one like this branded by cuisinart I believe. We had a grill mark plastic burger press caddy that sucks to use. I couldn’t get rid of that fast enough after buying the cuisinart. I use parchment paper on both sides of the patty to make it easier to clean up and easier to get the patties out.

Yup two pieces of wax paper and you dont have to hardly clean the press after. Im spoiled i had to make burgers when we were on vacation. Couldn't make a patty to save my life.

I have the two burger version, but only ever use one side.

Can't find a fault with it to be honest, wax paper is a must, but I like to use freezer paper myself cause it holds up a little better after freezing to split the patty
