Books about bears

I’m considering a bear hunt for 2023. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts and books about hunting in general, or hunting popular species. However, haven’t found anything regarding bears. I know that Clay Newcomb is the master at this stuff but I’m more of a reader. Can anyone recommend a good book/article for bear hunting?

The ultimate guide to black bear, Douglas Bose, is a good book if your completely green.

I second the book by Bose. It’s very informative and an easy read

Tracking the American Black Bear by Preston Taylor. This guy trails them and kills them with his longbow. Alot of good information in his book.
