Hi all,
I have been using an 18 ft. Lund SSV-Alaskan with a 50 h.p Mercury (tiller-operated) for walleye fishing lately on Canyon Ferry. Scheming in my mind about multi-day trips down the Missouri or to Canada. Wanting input on parts, tools, equipment that have been worth their weight in gold for repairing boat issues on multi-day trips and items that should just always stay in the boat to remediate possible issues?

Timely as I’ve been contemplating what I need in my kit. Currently in the boat I have: extra prop, ratchets set, wrenches, screwdrivers, vice grip, wire connectors, electrical tape, fuses, zip ties, drain plug, and jumper cables.

If we are on an extended trip I have more tools in the truck, parts to replace a bearing, light bulbs, etc.

I’m thinking I’m going to be adding to the boat kit electronics cleaner for sure. Maybe some o rings of various sizes and some hose clamps.
