Block Management offers great hunting

Who says Block Management areas don't offer great hunting? I've heard it before, but found just the opposite. This program offers not only great hunting on private lands, but also access to adjoining public lands. Here's my perspective:

I think the common complaint is landowners taking advantage of program dollars and loosely holding up their end of the bargain, not so much the hunting quality. Maybe I'm wrong.

Many block management areas are great. Transversely , many are out of state magnets and complete **** shows. Timing of a hunt can make an experience completely different as well. All in all its a very cool program for hunters and takes a lot of effort from the state!
