Anyone had any issues with their customer service? I mistakenly purchased some 200 spine arrows, needed 250 spine. I didn't catch the error until the arrows were being shipped. I've emailed them a half dozen times and left a few voicemails. No reply back yet. This is going on almost 3 weeks now. Hoping they might see this post and get back to me.

That is surprising, they have always been helpful when I've called them. Maybe try shooting them a message on their social media?

They have always been great. They called me back on a cell phone while traveling to an archery shoot.
