I got this pic off a trail cam behind my cabin in Wyoming. I believe it's of a black bear. My wife thinks its a grizzly. Neither of us are all that savvy on bear identification. What do those that are think? Our cabin is on the Hoback Rim so its near the southern edge of grizzly range but far more black bears than grizzly.
The second pic is from a week earlier. From the side shot I thought black bear for sure. Its always possible they are two different bears but I doubt it. These are the first shots of bears I have gotten on this cam in 5 years so I would be surprised if all the sudden we had two roaming around. Both shots are from the same cam about a week apart.
