Another dumb question. I promise I searched first.

It looks like the name of the JIGS includes “left” and “right”. I bought a right helical jig and clamp. Can I buy and properly use just a straight and left helical clamp and use the jig that I have, or do I have to buy a matching jig also? Are the jugs actually different, or just the clamps?

Named left or right because of the included clamp. A straight clamp with offset will be easier to fletch on carbons, usually….
I don’t know if I’d have done any different if I’d read this first or not. For my first arrow, I was so focused on getting goo feather contact, that when I was done they looked almost straight in spite of the helical clamp.

The next two came out fine.
