Wild bird or store bought. It wont matter.
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 Teriyaki
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 Tblsp fresh ginger
1 Tblsp fresh garlic
Bamboo skewers
Cut the bird into strips or chunks and marinate in the above for at least 4 hours. Thread onto skewers and grill over hot coals.
Eat as is or place in a taco or tortilla and garnish with your favorites.
