big fire burning in area 410

Lightning fire started today west of crooked creek road and a bit north. Horse camp, Musselshell trail area. It looks pretty darn big so far, and the wind is pretty bad. Hope this doesn't mess up things too badly. I will give update when I know something for sure.

I suppose it was started by lightning? Hope they get the fire out soon.

Is the fire in the crooked creek drainage?

Just came in from up there. The actual fire looks to be north and west of crooked creek road. It is much smaller today, and it is now raining. It looks like we are going to get lucky this time.
