I will also use the breading at the following link for frog legs. When I use Zatarains for frog legs, in my mind it tastes fishy.

Do you soak the legs in salted cold beer? I've not experienced fishy from Zatarain's, but have from fresh unsoaked frog legs.

I just soak them in water most of the time. It's probably 80% in my mind because I only fry fish with Zatarain's.
