Best ways to use bear meat?

I think bear meat is highly underrated. Slow cooker shanks make great taco or BBQ beef meat. As Randy mentioned Hank Shaw's barbacoa recipe is great, I plan to do a bone in front shoulder that way in my turkey roaster with my spring bear.
 
Bear brats/sausages mixed 50/50 with pork shoulder was good. We also enjoyed bear roast in the crock pot all day long mixed with a jar of salsa for burritos.
