Just wondering how you guys do it...

We have a Room pretty much dedicated to Roberts hunting stuff but it is usually so scattered we loose things....

Anybody have any neat ideas on how you guys keep all your Hunting clothes, guns, amo, reloading stuff, binoculars, ect.... in tact... hump

When I had a room for them, a closet and dresser for all the clothes, two (2drawer) fileing cabinets for gun cleaning, reloading supplies and odds and ends, a 2 1/2 ft by 8ft butcher block on top of the filing cabinets, a dest slid under the butcher block, and a gun safe for the guns, knives, binos, talkabouts and ammo. Yep, that is pretty much the way it was.

gunsafes , garage, pickup truck, aprils suburbane, under my bed under the desk closet
kids room back garage the shop etc.

I know where it all is untill I cant find it, then tahts because someone moves it ;)

I end up packing my hunting clothes away in large plastic boxes in the garage once hunting season is over. Lightweight clothes go in the top boxes and the heavy weather gear goes on the bottom - I will use the lightweight stuff first, either in the Spring varmint hunting or in the late summer/early fall for birds. Other stuff gets stored inside my large daypack.

Archery, and Muzzleloaders, in the den. Firearms, living room, corners of all bedrooms. Reloading stuff in basement. Huntng clothes in the spare bedroomS we have since both boys have left. Fishing gear, in the mud room, little boat in the drive way, big boat stored at the Marina. Then there is some stuff I don't know where the hell it is.

Pretty much the same as Delw, Elkhunter and Whiskers. I also keep a least a 22 or 410
behind the seat in either truck just about all yearlong. Don't for get the couple of shells that are always stored in a jacket pocket.

guns in safe. reloading supplies in a locking cabinet, clothes get stored in food saver bags for scent control and space.misc stuff in plastic containers stored on shelves

Better watch it WH, when women start looking at your stuff and where it should go a few things are going to happen.

One your stuff will be thrown out in the garage to make a baby room, then it will be well you dont need that you already have 3 that look like that, then there will be the you know I havent seen you use that in a long time so we will put it in a garage sale. Been there done that good luck ;)

Hunterman and I have our "den". In it we have a dresser, bookcases, gun racks, adn a closet organizer. WE have socks and longs john's in the dresser, guns and some ammo on the gun racks, books, dvds/movies, and in the closet we have "hang up" clothes, and all other hunting accessories. However I really don't think it is very "organized" at all but it looks good.
Quick Draw

I organize like a bunch of you do, stuff in the basement in boxes, plastic boxes, plastic bags, in the corner, sitting on shelves, hiding in closets, loose in the garage, and in piles in the garage. In the spare bedroom in a pile, piles that wife moves around to make room for empty space (Because wives like empty spaces in the house ;) )
Behind the seat of my Toyota which is DOA in the drive, in the box in the back of my Toyota and behind the seat of my new P/U.
Yep, I know where every thing is, it just takes a little while to get it all together some times.
It is cool to have it like this though, because when you are cleaning up and or going thru an area, it is like Christmas all over again....
!!! W O W !!! Lookit this, I forgot/didn't realize/don't remember this thing. Way to cool, I have one of these things and will not have to go out and buy another one of these things to go with the other 3 things just like this that I just can't live with out... :D

Yeah! I try to clean the stuff up and move stuff and end up having missing items :D

My 3rd and last wife keeps everything nice and organised for me! Camos and rounds/calls in one large Rubbermaid container! She's a Keeper for sure! Delw had an invite to my wedding a little over a year ago, but had to fish. Can't hardly blame him. If they were biting, I'd probably have joined him! LOL!
