So I've watched a lot of Randy Newberg's black bear hunting videos and especially appreciated his day by day 2017 Montana videos. These were pretty much the opposite of the shoot-em-up hunting shows you see on TV with a 30 second clip of each animal getting shot. I'm not sure how you could learn anything from these shows. To be honest, I doubt the participants do either other than how to have a guide lead you by the leash from one stand to the next. But the day by day videos (and the others) gave me a lot to thank about.
Other than the Randy Newberg videos, I wanted to share two I found from a guy that shows a lot of bear sign. Guys like me are used to finding deer sign, but need a good example of what bear sign looks like. Well, you're in luck:
