Bacon Jam

We eat it quite regularly. Gal down the street makes it.

Its friggn awesome on backed potatoes.
 
We do a bacon jam - and I have it on toast most mornings. Our recipe is slightly different (has a little bourbon and Siriacha in it).

I've put it on burgers, eggs and made BLT sandwiches with it too.

I'll try and find the recipe we use and post it here too.
