Bacon burger!

We use the wax paper and used to freeze first, but this cuts out one step and works great.

I used to do it that way too but the power of my vacuum sealer would smash the hell out of patties that were not frozen so I switched and got an improved product. I did that for folks I processed for so they got perfect and consistent product that were still in perfect patty form.
 
Jalapeno bacon is interesting, I will have to try that. I always try to make some bacon burgers
