AZ Elk, When do the charges typically hit?

I gave up hope on Wednesday when my card wasn't hit, and told my wife I wasn't hunting Arizona this year.... Then Thursday morning i was very surprised to see the card charge! I had to go back to her and break the news... early archery elk in September!
