Awsome Irish cream recipe for the Xmas

I have been making this stuff for a couple years now, its a favorite of all my friends. Try it out and i bet it wont stay around for long... Blows Baileys away.

1 1/2 cups of Whiskey (cheap stuff, dont use your Jack) I use Seagrams
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (each carton is a cup so get 2)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (dont get the fat free its too runny)
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Blend 1 minute (no more!! or foaming will happen)
Pour into bottle and chill before serving to thicken. Keep refridgerated. Not sure of the shelf life because of the egg but i never had it last more that a weekend LOL
It will be a big hit at your next get together.
 
Here's another one

Very similar, but different. Moosie will like it because it contains chocolate!

1cup Irish Whiskey
1 14oz can condensed milk (sweetened)
1.5cups whipping cream
1 TBSP chocolate syrup
1 TBSP Instant coffee
½ tsp Almond extract
1 tsp Vanilla

Combine and blend. Can be kept cool for up to a month. I sometimes add a little vodka for more punch. It’s a milkshake for adults! :)
