Average/preferred whitetail rifle weight for blind/stand hunting

If I’m actually in a stand I love my model sevens. I think I have vx3’s on all except one of them, probably come in right over 7 lbs ready to go. In the case of those it’s more about the compact size than weight, I don’t have to go much more than about half a mile.

I have also found that some of my rifles "feel" like less weight when they aren't, because they are balanced well. As someone said, I can just pick up a rifle and decide if it feels too heavy.
