First time I wasn’t able to recover one until the next day. My son shot this bull. Took us until 4:30 the next day to find him. Obviously it was cold out. Salvaged all the meat and some is a bit questionable but hoping it will be okay. I’ll post the story soon hopefully.

Rut is on in NC. Had a big buck chase a doe across the field at daybreak. This was his lieutenant that stayed in range a little too long.
