Armscor Vr80 12 gauge

I'm having trouble with my vr80.
I'm trying to do a complete cleaning but when I pop the pins that holds the upper and lower receiver together but it will not release for me to take it apart. I've wat he'd videos and sent emails made calls but no help I took it to 2 gunsmiths but no luck so any help would be appreciated.

I've never handled one but notice it is built somewhat similar to an AR. Did the buffer jump the retaining pin in the buffer tube? Bolt all the way forward?

It seems to be all the way forward it just will not release.

I think if two gunsmiths couldn’t help me, my first step would be sending it back to the factory.

The two closest to me are listed as a gunsmith but I think they just listed it like that I found one not to far I am going to try tomorrow
