Anyone know what the drawing success rate for unit 37A is? I put in for this unit but have'nt seen/heard what the drawing sucess rates are....

Hey Gato man

Are you drawing for bow or rifle.
I looked in the regs and couldn't find anything in there.
If you are bow hunting i would say your odds are really good to draw.
If you are rifle hunting then I would say your odds are about 50/50
If you are bow hunting i would reccomend you buy a deer tag because the javelina hunt is when the deer are in the rut. I know some guys have killed some really nice muleys in that area... Good luck

I put in for general javelina....any weapon. Hunt dates are Feb. 20-26 I don't see any deer hunts in that area at that time and they should be well out of rut at that point.

The archery javelina starts Jan 1st
the bucks are usually going pretty strong then. Anyways good luck on your draw.
