This hasn't gotten any press for a while and even less now that it's time to comment. If you have points in AZ or plan to, I would spending some time reading the "proposed" changes that are coming. 
Tag surrender (if you're a member), not losing points for under payment, and the 50/50 NR split are up for comments, among other things.
