Just got back from a hunt,really tough,lots of does and few bucks (2)on public did manage to stalk within 100yrds of a mature 5x4 unfortunately he was bedded in a 200 yard stretch on mining ground between blm one of the hardest things I’ve done is letting him run over the ridge,was rewarded with having a herd of 100+ elk walk within 300yards of me,awesome experience even without a tag
