Well, Gianforte bypassed anybody with science or fish/wildlife biological background and instead has chosen Christi Clark, Choteau Rancher, who sold out her ranch to David Letterman some time ago. That's three FWP Directors and a Commission that Gianforte appointed, none representing science...
