Anyone Using Mapping Apps Offline in Deep Backcountry?

Curious which apps work best when service is nonexistent.

OnX, if you know you won't have service, just download the map, easy peasy.

Have all the layers you want turned on before downloading- then you can put phone in airplane mode and “practice” before you leave

2nd onx. Use it offline regularly. Does everything I want it to. My only complaint if I had one is one of the places I have offline is north of Fairbanks and there is a sat image overlap line very close to where I want to be. It makes some detail hard to see.

OnX. Works great and your internal GPS shows you right on where you are on the downloaded map. Used it all the time.
