Anyone have a DR Versa-Trailer or Woodland Mills Multilander Trailer?

Once I get my excavator I am thinking I might start doing some very small scale timber and firewood type stuff on my place in Colorado and have been looking at UTV trailer options. Seems it is down to the DR Versa Trailer or the Woodland Mills Multilander.

The DR seems to be a little lighter build (20 gauge bed) and doesn't dump at as steep of an angle, but has the small crane to help load stuff up. The Multilander is a little more heavy duty on the bed (16 gauge) but really can't just run as a log trailer like the Versa-Trailer does if you want to do it that way, you always need the bed on it. The Multilander can extend the tongue to haul longer timber though.

Both have free shipping right now. Seems like the Versa-Trailer is easier to put together, evidently the Multilander has a lot of small pieces to it.

Just wondering if anyone actually has either trailer or has been around someone that has one of them. Both are probably not great, but would probably work for me on my Colorado property hauling firewood, occasional logs, etc. The multilander is going to work better if I want to move any dirt around for sure. Would be pulling them with a Honda Pioneer 1000.

My dad has the versa-trailer. It's worked well for us hauling firewood and brush. My uncle bought it new around 2010 to cut firewood with his RZR. Dad got it when he passed. We've had no issues with it.

He's also used the crane to pick up a couple of his deer.

I looked at them, bought a 4-1/2’x8’ menards trailer instead for $500 (used) added a dump kit, and it’s road legal too. Fits down all the trails my 700 does, saved a bunch.

I apologize I don't have an answer to your question, but I am debating between these two trailers myself so I'm here for the responses.

Just to let you know, DR has the Versa-Trailer on sale this week, $500 off so $2500. This makes it tempting for me, but I do like the more robust construction of the Multilander.

I don't know about either trailer. What I do know is that Woodland is a great company to work with. I have a 130max mill and their customer service is the best I've ever seen.
