Another week in the back country.

Spent the last week in the Big Horns scouting for my type 1 elk tag and mixing in some fishing as well. Just some pictures from the trip.

Managed to fish 3 different lakes. Fish for diner daily.

and yes....the elk scouting went good.....now to hopefully get in wheelgun range

Nice. I carried a Ruger super Redhawks 454 Casull a few days on one of my elk hunts .....zero animals harmed on that hunt. Much easier carrying the pistol instead of the rifle. Good luck on your hunt.
