Awhile back I made an elk neck roast into Italian "beef" and had a good sized portion left over. Well Mrs. Redmon has been sick and decided to pass it on to me. Both of us hungry but neither feeling like cooking, I get the idea to get moms homemade noodles out of the cabinet and the leftover Italian "beef" out of the freezer and throw it all in a pot and let it cook. Makes a simple meal when you feel like mud..
