I'm surprised they didn't get busted for that small bull. Must have caught the fish cop on a good day.

The small one is 48 1/4........and the fish cop said they were giving a 2 inch allowance, though it is an unwritten courtesy. I personally think if they should say 50 if they mean 50.....or just say 48......rules, you can't live with 'em, you can't live without 'em.....
