Alaska Bear/Deer and Fish hunt charter?

Looking for some recommendations for a bear and fish charter in AK. Hoping to book something for next year but not sure how realistic that might be. The trip doesn't need to be necessarily guided as long as there is lodging by boat or cabin and a skiff to get around with fishing gear & crab pots if in season.

I figured this crowd might have some good input on where to look and dates to consider.

Alternatively, if a sitka deer/fish hunt would be a better consideration due to fishing seasons, I'd be interested in that as well.
