I've seen quite a few moose in that general area. Surprising, many are down a bit lower than I'd have thought. That country has a lot of CWMUs so I would suggest that you have a way of verifying the ownership of where you are.

I'd start looking in the drainages heading off of Deseret as a start... Couple years back I found a decent bull tending a cow on the north side of the Woodruff Creek above the reservoir.
