In all seriousness, there are indeed some very good perks about it:

Green = You always have someone willing to go with you. No dumbass buddy not showing up at 4am because "his alarm didn't go off".

Yellow = Someone to share drive time with

Teal = At least 1 less load during the meat haul out if not 2.
