That works but another is put a zip tie around a drive shaft and leave the tail on it. Works pretty good.

SOME NOTES ON THIS

We currently have a harmonica zip tied under our Tacoma.

This was to test out this as a prank for our buddy's Taco. It didn't work. No whistling noises. Harmonica is still there 1000+ miles later.
