7 preffy points

Hey folks, I've got 7 preference points each for deer and elk and am looking to possibly use them up this year. I'd love to get your opinions on these seasons & units:

Elk:
unit 76 (1st rifle)
unit 49 (1st rifle)
unit 40 (4th rifle)

Deer:
Unit 551 (4th rifle)
Unit 79 (4th rifle)

I will be able to give you some insight into 76 after I hunt it early rifle, I can tell you that you should be in shape for 76 as it is vertical!

I don’t know about deer, but the order you have the elk units in is the order I would choose

76 would be my choice, points could be goofy this year whatever you choose.

I’ve hunted 49 twice, it can get busy with campers and ORV‘s first season if the weather is nice. Getting away from roads helps but area still sees a lot of use. Unit 49 is a long shot with 7 points, took 9 last year to guarantee a tag.
Also hunted 551 twice second season, elk the first time and deer the second time. Didn’t see a ton of deer but 4th season could be different if they get pushed down. Again, low chance of drawing with 7 points, especially with points being goofy as wllm said.

I should draw 76 first rifle this year I’m holding 8 points. After a lot of research and back and fourth waited until the last day and decided with point creep 76 was my best option. I guess we will see
