that might have been in response to your question of “can I get a complete setup for $3k?” Which I believe that answer is no.
Buying thermals makes me so nervous. Not like buying a quality set of binos or spotter. Buying small screens and electronics that will goof up sooner than later. Pulsar are amazing. My friend has a pulsar scope and it is nothing short of impressive.

I don’t think so. Shooting at night, simply owning night vision.. predator hunting is not for meat, lot of reasons people (even sportsman) may oppose. I think it’d be super fun. Especially hogs.
Quality thermals are expensive. Spend the 3k on that alone.
