I got 100 of them off SPS here a couple months ago, should have bought more. They do have a cannular, I've never loaded a bullet with a cannular.

One bag of mine did too, the other 3 looked completely normal. The cannular doesn’t matter, they shoot the same.

After looking at the ones on SPS for a couple months I finally bought 500 a couple weeks ago. They all have their tips and the only blemishes I see is the black worn off in some areas. None of mine have a cannelure.
