The Utah proclamation says 3% of Any Weapon tags will be in the Premium tag group.
Everything else I have read and heard was 5% of tags will be in this group.
If it is 3% that isn't even 1 tag in many units. At 5% it barely is 1 tag in many units.
Anyone know for sure if it is a typo of 3% or what........ thank you.
