I have a friend who drew the ram tag in 381. Wondering if anyone happens to know who hunted it last year. It's a single tag HD that was shut down for a number of years, but reopened last year.

No idea, but you can see the trophy quality for the area if you look at the measurement data for the unit. It’s not a big unit. Good luck to your friend.

Unfortunately the data isn't much help. The unit was shut down in 2008 so the only harvest information was from last year's hunter.
