Anyone using the term " dapping up" should lose their scholarship, and be banished to a 3rd world country.

Well, they are at school to learn. Seriously though, one of my English professors made the point that spoken language and written language are different. She enjoyed slang, etc, but use it in a paper at your peril.

Lived in Indiana my (almost) entire life, and can say this Hoosiers football squad has brought life into our state in a way that (IMO) Notre Dame never could.

For those that say Bama should not be punished for losing in a conference championship - Ohio State lost and dropped a spot.....

CFB is the only football we got left here now with the Colts done for the season. Hope we ride it all the way to a title!

That’s a really good point about OSU. For some reason their drop in rank hadn’t hit me.

The committee claimed that a team shouldn’t be penalized for playing in and losing in a conference championship.

Yet Ohio State and BYU both played in and lost and dropped. But Bama did not. Even though they had the most pathetic showing. -3 rushing yards and just looked plain bad.

Did Alabama not drop at all? What was their seed/rank before and after this past weekend?? I was thinking they moved down, but I don't keep close tabs on all the teams. As an OSU fan, swapping 1 & 2 seemed logical to me, similar to the Cats and Griz swapping 2 & 3. When you have two great teams play and it's a legit competition/close game, the winner rightfully deserves to move ahead of the loser.

If Alabama stayed the same rank then I take issue with that. My interpretation of "penalized" would be dropping out of the playoffs or in OSU's case the top 4. Had OSU been blown out like Bama I'd bet all my MT Bonus points they would have dropped to at least 4, if not 5.

That looks pretty bad, now I'm a little bit more empathetic to ND fans. I would love to read the logic on why 'Bama did not drop at all. Perhaps Georgia didn't get bumped up either? At this point I don't even think they care to hide the SEC bias.
