Warmest day in the last 3. Still damn cold

Last 3 foot of "dry" land was solid ice. Nothing tops a morning like watching your bud flail like a fat ballerina

Pretty wild the variety difference from the Dakota line to somewhere along the continental divide.

Some people move out west for the views. Some for the big game. Some for the seclusion. I'll be moving west for the ducks! I'm on cloud 9 right now being in NM under the stars with non stop honks and quacks right by my campsite.

I moved out here 26 yrs ago from NH and couldnt believe the difference in hunting. Weathers weird though, We went from minus 40 last Wed to 49 degrees today.
