The 2021 RMEF Castle Rock Colorado chapter is having our annual banquet at the Douglas County Events Center in Castle Rock on Saturday, May 8th. Tickets ($50 meal only) can be purchased online or via calling Heidi at 303.330.7746. If not a current member, you will need to call in for tickets unless you purchase a membership with your ticket. Online deadline is normally about 1 week prior to banquet.

Online - https://events.rmef.org/shop/castlerock1?utm_source=rmef.org&utm_medium=events_page

You can checkout some of the prizes we will have on our Instagram page –“ rmef_castlerock” which we will be posting in the next 2 weeks. Based on other RMEF events this year, many have been very busy so don’t wait to get your tickets as we could sell out. NO AT THE DOOR TICKETS SALES since we have to order meals in advance. Specific invite flyer - https://events.rmef.org/Shop/InvitationPdf/castlerock1

We had been $45 the past several years and this year both the venue and the caterer prices went up so we are prolly making less than normal on the ticket pricing. I know it seems like a lot but renting a large space is a significant part of the ticket costs and unfortunately we haven't found any free facilities! Oak is spot on! The Denver Chapter is significantly higher (like maybe $30 more than ours because Denver venues are just a LOT higher.) They're a great group of volunteers also but have a lot higher rental space to cover.

The online signup will be closing early this week so don't forget to get tickets. Checkout our Instagram as we've added quite a few items this last week. rmef_castlerock
Hope you can attend and support the organization that works hard to improve elk habitat, access and hunting opportunities.
