I know a few guys still have some tags leftover as they've held out for a toad and the eastern states still have another month or two, but lets see some pictures if you're finished up. I love seeing everyone's pictures, but I'm too lazy to search through all the different forums and threads. I'll start by showing off the mediocrity that is my life. My biggest bird yet, first antelope, biggest muley, and first bull.

Are we looking primarily for hero shots on this one dunc, or anything we like?

Here's my hero shot wad, in order.

This is all I have to offer....didn't hear even one gobble during turkey season and didn't get drawn for anything else. Still had an awesome time! Those are some great pictures. Carl that is a giant mule deer. Sweet. One of the most memorable days for me I had the family out turkey hunting and they wanted to sleep in. So I went out for a few hours by myself and came back to them all being asleep still. Started cooking breakfast on the back of the truck and look who came to join me. He hung around long enough for me to wake everyone up and get plenty of pictures. The kids were awestruck. It was great

Thanks nectar, and trust me, I do. I saw a nicer one there this summer, and have my fingers crossed he makes it through the year.

Thats a pretty nice grade of mutton there, mudranger..

Not looking for anything in particular. Just wanted to start a pic thread. Live shots are just as good as the hero pictures. Carl, that's not the same goat is it? That's one heck of a muley regardless of where you got it, but it's especially impressive if it's an OTC here in Montana. Mud, how close was that ram in the last picture? It looks like you could have tackled him. That's a heck of a bull too Drah. Hoping I can luck into one like that next year.

he came to about 20 yards and stayed within 75 for a couple hours

Dunc, first goat from WY, second from MT. Some more pictures from MT antelope.

I think when 2010 is finished, it will be one of the best years in recent history. At least for the Hunt Talk crowd.

Can't remember ever seeing so many huge pronghorn as this year, the pics of the elk and mule deer have been their normal spectacular, and the number of big whitetail pics showing up this year seem to be far above what we see here in most years.

And, seasons are not done. Also have guys like Bugler out in the field in AZ. Got two text messages from a guy who lives in WY with some big MT bucks and now he is headed over west to shoot a truck full of elk. We have the best elk/deer weather for the last week of the MT general season since 1991. Many of the late archery mule deer hunts will start in December and January. By the time all of those reports get posted, things will be even more impressive.

I suspect when we look at "2010 in Review," it will go down as a year to remember.

I'm more than happy with the animals that I got, but I wish I still had a tag, so I could get out in this stuff. Looks like guys are having tons of fun even in the crazy cold temps.
