1st time MT turkey fail

So I'm new to MT from Alabama for the military. I went to Mosby this morning and hunted almost 3,000 acres for BMA land and no birds, sounds, signs, or anything. Where do I need to go to???? It's a long drive from Great falls already. All I have is the weekend and the wife will let me go so many times. Suggestions????
