Day 1. 1700 miles away. Plan is to drive today , tommorow , set up camp Thursday and scout. Friday scout. Saturday looks wet now. Lots of dotted lines to go.

Day 2. 650 to go. After a few pitstops later I'll be real close to the spoting scope and binos.
Interesting morning. I was having breakfast and struck up conversation with some other guys headed this way. They have just a few more miles than myself. The funny part of it, one of them knows some folk in my hometown Small world.
