This little thing has been my base camp for past 2 years after the extreme fire restrictions the couple years prior. Propane heat, electric on a large battery and solar panel.- Hyhunter

With sheep my year is defidentally taken up. I threw one out for a range I've almost never been in because I figured it would be the tough wilderness style I love and easier draw odds. Going to be a busy year. I know where my weekends will be! I didn't do any second choice sheep.- Hyhunter

CO CPW Draw Process Working Group
That MSG recommendation is weird. But it also makes sense, aligns a bit with idaho. I like the oil. And protects people from wasted prior pp purchases and lawsuits. Seems like the only option. If it's approved my 3+3 for all three seems useless. Seems better to not be chasing all three at one... -

Got blown today!
We did college spring break diy shark fishing in canoes down there. Fun easy times. Even had some tarpon added on. Highly recommend to try sometime, easy logistics... Basically all you need is a working truck, canoe and a heavy fishing pole. Sorry to hear about the truck.- Hyhunter

Here's something that always confuses me on harvest stats each year that maybe someone can explain or tell me I'm wrong. I'm not a turkey hunter. Clear pictures of wildlife?
I'll second that the best photos I get are Ollin digiscoping and in a video setting where I don't touch the phone or the tripod/spotter. Just screenshot the video after the fact. With Vortex Razor gen1. This was over a mile, video allowed me to see multiple angles clearly as he turned his head... -
Not on Your Bucket List
This will go against alot of people. I have no interest in turkey slam. Chasing turkeys seem similar everywhere and some species are very difficult to obtain tag or need private land guide. Also too expensive for a big bird.- Hyhunter

I've gotten 4 surveys in 7 years as a resident. 2 were for the only 2 times I burned points, the third was a 1st rifle elk with only about 10 resident tags out of 100 bull tags and the 4th was a bear tag I never had time to hunt and responded as did not hunt. Where as I see how burning points for any tag would alleviate pp climb in colorado I think it would increase pressure to other states. I don't hate the idea of using points for all A tags. Me as a resident personally if they did burn points for all tags I'd leave the state to one of those...
