Montana on the Upswing?
We just got back from a eastern hunt also , country was beautiful, people were super friendly and nice .... the deer population was not so good . We had a great trip and have no regrets . I would have seen more deer if i stayed in ohio. -

I wouldn't rule out the ruger american either. Just the same as any economic rifle the aftermarket parts just continue to grow. They shoot great with plenty of ways to tinker and add components if thats your cup of tea. -

I live 45 minutes from the lake ... walleye fishing has been fantastic the last few years . I sure wish they would do something about the perch though. Congratulations- Mosquito

Second guessing
Nope no plans other than i not burning them till i feel i have somewhat of this western hunting figured out. I learned a ton hunting last year . 3 or 4 more trips ill start entering the draw for Wyoming deer or elk. I think you have a great opinion. Montana deer this year and cow tags or even... -

Ok everyone take it easy on me. Last year we went to Wyoming on are first western trip . We had a great time brought home some antelope meat and made it home safe. Thoughts on baiting
Im kind of torn on the subject. When i first started my daughter i always had corn in the feeder . It was a great way to get a kid started , not only because of the deer but the Turkey's would always come in not to mention the squirrels birds . It was very rare not to have something around... -
Reloading equipment setup for a beginner?
I bought my starter kit off craigslist. For 180.00 with a tumblr been added pieces for years . I really think thats the cheepest way . Utube has an endless supply of knowledge and always double check with a reloading book- Mosquito
