The “Greatest” Weapon in Film History

“But seeing as this is a 44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you’ve got to ask yourself a question; do I feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?” This is the only movie I can recall seeing where I actually went out and bought the gun. Albeight I got the...

    Great Social Media posts?

https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1DWyiPZpR7/?mibextid=wwXIfr I thought I’d seen it all. What comes after the influencers? How to influencers. 🤢 @Frequently Banned Troll do you want me to get you this book for your birthday?

What calibre/rifle combination would be suitable for taking a T-REX.

For sure. Jurassic World even used it in their movie, see above. Still wasn’t good enough marketing to keep them afloat. Glad Ruger bought them.

What calibre/rifle combination would be suitable for taking a T-REX.

Notice he is rocking the Marlin on his shoulder I referenced above? Proof it wasn’t just advertisement.

What calibre/rifle combination would be suitable for taking a T-REX.

Marlin is the only rifle manufacturer I know of that listed TRex on their site for their 45-70 lever action. Not sure if Ruger still has it.

“I don’t want you hunting this outfit.”

I wasn’t saying he was getting support. I’m specifically referring to the citations the warden issued. No hunter harassment and theft under $1k. Would a public land hunter have received the same citations stealing a head from one of the landowners clients?

“I don’t want you hunting this outfit.”

Reverse the roles. Hypothetically one of the hunters is the thief. Do the charges remain the same? If they do, it is what it is, but I’d bet a fair share it would be a much different situation and higher restitution as discussed above. We can discuss what the charges should or should not be...

Just watched a landlocked public elk hunt on You tube.

There was an article about it in the fall after it happened but I just watched that this morning too. Was a bit frustrating hearing what was done and where things are at now. When I imagine a scenario where a public land hunter steals a head from one of the guides’ clients I hope they would be...

    US and Israel attack Iran

Also a billion seconds is just shy of 32 years. We hear these numbers thrown around but that is the best way for me to sort of comprehend that many zero’s.

    US and Israel attack Iran

We need to form a Public Lands Industrial Complex. I often imagine/hope someone in the government would do the wrong thing for the right reason like somehow buying missiles, minerals etc. for defense/war from our public land agencies and then the end result being the money ends up there...

Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 F/S! Great Turkey/ Waterfowl Package!

Why does the bottomland pattern look weird/blurry/digitized? One of my favorite all time patterns. Had a Remington 1187 in it that I sold for when moving over a decade ago.

No more brick and mortar license sales?

You got me there. I would have guessed denim bib overalls with your checkbook and pen carried in your chest pocket along with your flip phone case.

No more brick and mortar license sales?

Yea, yea, we can’t all still be writing paper checks in the checkout line at WalMart. 😆

No more brick and mortar license sales?

I grew up in Ohio as well. You still had the paper temporary tags, but had to be validated at a check station and they put the metal band on them IIRC. Only have four bucks with them, last one being 2009. Almost all my dad’s mounts have them. They did away with them sometime around 2011...

No more brick and mortar license sales?

$1578 to hunt antlered animals for 6 weeks with a bow and/or 5 weeks with any caliber rifle or crossbow and/or 10 days with muzzleloader plus an additional ~12 weeks to hunt antlerless elk in a handful of units has to be one of the best values out there in terms of cost per days of hunting!

No more brick and mortar license sales?

And I cannot think of any other license or membership etc. where you have to wait for your current to expire to purchase a second one AND are considered illegal during the interim. Drivers license, concealed carry, car registration etc. all have grace periods and ability to renew before.

No more brick and mortar license sales?

No, online and print at work with the special paper. I’ll DM you to share some advantages you may not think are advantages.

No more brick and mortar license sales?

Yea the whole comment section on Facebook lit them up for this. I can see both sides but have a hard time thinking wardens are on a witch hunt today being Sunday. Still seems like a very solvable problem by just allowing license sales to begin last week sometime OR a grace period of a week to...
