College hockey tournament begins today. Every year the analysts brag on the Big 10 teams but, NCHC teams continue to dominate the tournament. Will this year be more of same even though the Big 10 has a funding and recruiting advantage? Hopefully Duluth can eliminate 2 Big 10 teams on their way...- Northwoods

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t there currently a 67/67 split in the MN house with the DFL having a majority in the senate? The jobs would be filled by local workers. Plus all the additional construction jobs done by local companies. Communities would benefit, schools would benefit, and other local businesses would benefit. Money paid for mineral rights would benefit the area communities. Its all about perspective!
My thoughts on this are not going to be popular. This culture of needing to kill big mature animals and the buck/bull shaming that goes with it is ruining what hunting should be, IMHO. Most of us are all guilty of it. We like to blame influencers, etc. and not take accountability for the dumb...- Northwoods
