I'm going to lose my rifle...
I changed my diet a month ago and started running in the AM and walking the dog in the evening for longer distances and dropped 13 lbs. Hello fellow Iowan, I grew up and my family still lives in North Central Iowa as well as my in-laws. I now live in UT but have lived in and hunt several western states.
