Best bullet for 6.5 creedmoor
I’ve used a 260 REM with 100 gr Nosler BT, 120 gr Hornady GMX, 120 gr Barnes TTSX, 129 gr Hornady Interlock, and 130 gr Sierra Gamechanger. 100 gr Nosler works well for antelope and deer. I guess 😂. Geez people, the 6.5 creedmoor has less case capacity than a 260 rem. The 260 is a necked up 243 win, a necked down 7mm-08 or 308. The creedmoor is not some mythical unstoppable force. How do you figure the 7mm-08 is not as powerful as the creedmoor? The 7mm-08 will shoot the same weight of bullet faster than a creedmoor which generates more energy. The 7mm-08 case is larger.- Highlands Hunter

With regards to hunting, the only perceivable difference between the cartridge in question and any other 6.5 caliber is the name (creedmoor), and the marketing....that is it...period.
